Francesca Scull – HR Co-ordinator
What do you do in the business?
I am the first point of contact for all staff and external bodies in relation to HR, payroll and Training and Development. I am heavily involved in recruitment, assisting rolling out training and development schemes for all staff, coordinating monthly payroll, keeping up to date on employment law, providing general HR advice, advising staff of the employee benefits process and supporting the business with the employee life cycle.
What do you enjoy most about your position?
I enjoy the variety that HR brings, one day I could be at graduate careers fair, and the next I could be planning and arranging training for our engineers or updating our employee handbook.
What are you most proud of in your career so far?
I am most proud of being part of the development team that brought the Graduate Program to life, from shortlisting and interviewing the graduates, to helping induct them into the business and to supporting them in their on-going training needs. Supporting and meeting young people into a new and exciting career has been very rewarding! Having never worked in consultancy before, I have learnt a lot about the building services industry at Bradbrook Consulting and I hope to grow within the business and use my skills to develop and support all staff across the global teams.
